1. About CFRI
Citizens for Reform – India is a non-partisan, citizen-led organization committed to reimagining and revitalizing the relationship between the Indian state and its people. Our mission is rooted in the belief that true democracy thrives not merely on electoral participation but on informed, engaged, and empowered citizens who actively shape the governance they are governed by.
We exist to bridge the widening gap between everyday citizens and the complex machinery of governance. At the heart of our work lies the conviction that governance must be accountable, policies must be people-centric, and reform must be driven by grassroots awareness. To that end, we are building tools and platforms that decode laws, policies, and political processes in a language that is accessible, engaging, and rooted in everyday relevance.
